AscendOS collects account, company, workspace, usage, support, billing-reference, uploaded content, collaboration, and employee or team information that users choose to store in the service. Payment card details are collected and processed by Base44 Payments and are not stored by AscendOS.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, provide company workspaces, process purchases, maintain entitlements, send operational communications, prevent abuse, and support customers.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate AscendOS, including hosting, authentication, payment processing, and email delivery. Records are retained as required for service operation, security, accounting, and legal obligations.
Your choices and account deletion
You may request access or correction through the Contact page. You can initiate deletion of your AscendOS account directly in Settings by choosing Request Account Deletion and confirming your account email. We target completion within 7 days. Account-linked personal data will be deleted or de-identified unless specific transaction, security, tax, fraud-prevention, or other records must be retained for legal or operational reasons. If you own a shared company workspace, ownership and shared business records must be transferred or otherwise resolved before final deletion so another user's data is not destroyed.

The commercial service and mobile distribution described by this policy are intended for the United States only.
